Clinical Supervision
What You’ll Get from Supervision With Me
Whether you’re just starting out or feeling stuck in your identity as a therapist, supervision shouldn’t add to your confusion — it should help you feel less alone, more grounded, and more confident in your clinical work.
Here’s what you can expect:
💻 Trauma-informed, relational supervision (100% virtual)
📅 Weekly or biweekly sessions (individual or group options)
🗣️ Honest, growth-oriented feedback — supportive, never shaming
🧾 Real help with documentation, boundaries, and ethics
🧠 Case consultation that blends theory with what actually works
🧍🏽♀️ Space to unpack burnout, imposter syndrome, and the awkward stuff
My specialty areas include:
Community mental health & high-needs populations
School-based therapy (K–12)
Child, adolescent & family-focused work
Ecosystemic Family Therapy (ESFT), CBT, and trauma-informed approaches
Emerging and solo private practice start-up support
My Supervision Style
I don’t believe in check-the-box supervision. I meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be — clinically, professionally, and personally.
I use an integrative supervision model rooted in family systems and ecosystemic thinking. I value transparency, collaboration, and helping you develop your own clinical instincts — not just mimic what you were taught in grad school.
Expect a mix of:
Case review
Process reflection
Live feedback
Clinical self-awareness
Documentation support
Boundary conversations (yep, the awkward ones too)
You'll also get access to no-fluff digital materials — think supervision tools, reflection prompts, checklists, and cheat sheets that help you organize your thoughts, prep for sessions, and stay grounded in the work. These are the tools I wish I had when I started.
Most of all? I want you to feel safe enough to say:
“I don’t know what I’m doing — can we figure it out together?” Trust me, I know that feeling.
Because that’s how real growth starts.
